When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number and ZIP code, and, if you choose to add them, the service you need, whether you have filed a claim, whether you own the home, the best time to call and your address. We also collect basic technical data such as the pages visited and the device used.
When we save it
We save your name, phone and ZIP as soon as you send the first step, so we can call you even if you do not finish the rest. Any later answers are added to the same request as you give them.
How we use it
To call you back, schedule the inspection, document your roof and follow up on the work you asked about. We may text you about your inspection or job. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside the job. We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with a supplier delivering materials, with crew working on your roof, or when the law requires it.
Photos
We photograph roofs we inspect and build. We may use exterior photos of finished work on this site and on social media without your name or address. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
