We meet your adjuster on the roof.
Damage gets missed when nobody is on the roof pointing it out. We document everything before the adjuster arrives, then walk the roof with them, so every damaged item is seen and photographed.

What we can and cannot do
Texas law does not allow a roofing contractor to negotiate a claim, act as a public adjuster, or waive your deductible, and we never do. The claim is yours and the decisions are yours.
What we can do is make sure the damage is properly documented, show it to the adjuster in person, and explain the estimate in plain English. If something is missed, we can document it and help you ask for a reinspection.
Questions about adjuster meeting
Can you file the claim for me?
No. In Texas the policyholder files the claim. We tell you what to expect on the call and give you the photos to have ready.
What if the adjuster misses something?
That is why we are on the roof with them. If something still gets left off, we document it and help you request a reinspection or send a supplement for the items that were missed.
Do you negotiate with the insurance company?
No. Texas law does not allow a roofing contractor to negotiate a claim. We document the damage. You and your insurer settle the claim.
